Please come and have a look in our studio and shop, since 1969 located in Posterholt, The Netherlands. Let our inspiring arrangements affect you; the purpose of the composition is often only understood when seen.
Our team is always eager to explain or clarify designs in the store, exhibition space, studio or in the “Creantoor”. In our studio, we have background music, inspiring and mood-enhancing. Also here we promote combining atmospheres. Nature combined with the right music makes you realize that there is more to life than just being busy all the time.
Handmade
In our Gallery, you will see people at work with a passion for their job. Every day our team develops new ideas. This ensures original creations, all made by hand.
However handmade takes time and therefore you might sometimes have to be patient. But please keep in mind that you are waiting for an original, especially prepared arrangement, just for you. As our motto says: We like to make something personal.
Our History
‘Deckers’ has been a household item since 1969 in Posterholt when it comes to special, personal floral ideas. In 1969 Toos and Tjeu Deckers, Paul’s parents, started their business.
Paul grew up in the business, surrounded by natural products, his main inspiration. In 1986 the company became Pauls, the ‘Master Floral Designer’. Since then, his activities have not been limited to Posterholt alone. Assignments, exhibitions, and shows at home and abroad have ensured the growth of both business and reputation.
Half a century of Naturefull Craftsmanship
An exhibition with the title ‘50 years of Naturefull Craftsmanship’ was opened on November 15, 2019, by the Mayor of Posterholt (The Netherlands).
Later that day, the ‘Tjeu Deckers Happiness Place’ was unveiled (a street name dedication). It was to date 50 years ago that Tjeu Deckers opened the store. As a tribute to his parents, Paul Deckers organized this anniversary exhibition which was visited by hundreds of people.
Our Team
All this work can of course only be achieved with a well-functioning and coordinated team.
The team comprises of flower-binders, delivery staff, on-call workers, trainees and freelancers. Together they ensure that you receive the expected high-quality original creations of Floral Design Paul Deckers.
